Shipping policy
Processing time is currently from 4-6 business days for production.
- If you need it shipped sooner than the current processing time, please choose our Expedited service at checkout!
- Your items will be wrapped securely for shipping.
- Once your order has shipped, an email will be sent to you containing a tracking number.
- Please allow 24 hours for the USPS website to update the tracker.
- Customer is responsible for any VAT or Import Fee when shipping International.
We understand you may love to have your item rushed to you for a special occasion. To help we offer two shipping services, our standard 4-6 business day production time, then shipped via USPS mail. And our rush service where we will make your item with 24-48 hours and then ship via USPS Priority Mail 3-5 day.
Returns Information
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we would be happy to help. However, if a mistake is made in your personalization by us, We will be happy to replace it at no cost. Due to the custom nature of your item, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchasing. If an item comes damaged or cracked, we will replace it at no cost to you upon a photo of the damage within 24 hours of delivery.
