Shipping policy
Color kiln-fired porcelain
Due to high demand, color kiln-fired porcelain requires four weeks of processing before shipment. Rush processing is unavailable. Shipping transit time is additional. Orders containing any kiln-fired color porcelain item are not eligible for Rush processing, including local pickup.
For non-kiln items, processing time is currently 4–6 business days for production.
- For eligible orders without kiln-fired color porcelain, if you need it shipped sooner than the current processing time, please choose our Expedited service at checkout.
- Your items will be wrapped securely for shipping.
- Once your order has shipped, an email will be sent to you containing a tracking number.
- Please allow 24 hours for the USPS website to update the tracker.
- Customers are responsible for any VAT or import fees when shipping internationally.
For eligible orders without kiln-fired color porcelain, we understand you may want your item rushed for a special occasion. We offer standard production of 4–6 business days, followed by USPS shipping, or Rush production within 24–48 hours, followed by USPS Priority Mail shipping of 3–5 days.
Returns Information
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we would be happy to help. If we make a mistake in your personalization, we will replace the item at no cost. Due to the custom nature of your item, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchasing. If an item arrives damaged or cracked, we will replace it at no cost upon receiving a photo of the damage within 24 hours of delivery.
