Laser engraving is a precise surface etching that works well for detailed portraits. Sand carving cuts the design more deeply into the granite for a tactile, traditional monument finish.
What kind of photo works best for engraving?
A clear, well-lit image with your pet in focus works best. We prepare the image for engraving and will contact you if another photo is likely to produce a better result.
Can I use my own poem or personal words?
Yes. Add the wording and instructions in the personalization area or order notes. We provide a digital proof before production for custom wording or requested design changes.
Can the memorial include a color portrait outdoors?
Select sizes offer an outdoor kiln-fired porcelain portrait. The heat-resistant process is durable for outdoor use, although color can look slightly softer or more muted than a digital proof.
How long does production take?
Standard processing is approximately 2–3 weeks. A $25 rush-production service moves the order to the front of our queue and is approximately 3–5 business days. Shipping time is additional.
