Glass photo keepsake questions
What size is the glass photo display?
The finished glass measures approximately 8 × 6 inches and includes metal pin supports for freestanding display.
Can I use a landscape or portrait photo?
Yes. We can prepare either orientation. Leave your preference in the order notes so we can position the photo appropriately.
What type of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit, high-resolution photo with your pet in focus works best. Avoid screenshots or heavily compressed images when the original photo is available.
Can I request a digital proof?
Yes. If you request a crop, background, or layout change, add “Please provide proof” to the notes. We will send a digital proof before production and allow revisions.
How long does production take?
Standard production takes approximately 2–3 weeks. Choose rush production in your cart for $25 USD on merchandise below $150, or $35 USD on merchandise of $150 or more, after cart discounts and excluding tax, shipping and the rush fee to move your entire order to the front of our production queue, with approximately 3–5 business days for production. Production starts after we receive your personalization details and any required proof approval. Shipping time is additional; choosing faster shipping does not speed up production.
