Yes. Add your wording in the personalization area or order notes. Custom poems and personal wording receive a digital proof before production.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit image with your pet in focus works best. If you are unsure, send what you have and our family will help you choose.
Will I receive a proof?
When you request custom wording or design changes, we send a digital proof before production and allow revisions. Add “Please provide proof” to your notes if you would like an additional proof.
Will every slate look exactly the same?
No. Slate is a natural stone with hand-chiseled edges, so shape, texture, and edge details vary slightly. Those variations are part of what makes each memorial unique.
How long does production take?
Standard processing is approximately 2–3 weeks. Rush production is approximately 3–5 business days and moves the order to the front of our production queue. Shipping time is additional.
