The only issue was the shipping, which was out of the hands of your company because you shipped out promptly. It took 3 weeks to receive and it came in horrible condition. This stone is the second pet memorial for one of our pets that had unfortunately passed away. The first one was a memorial slate with an engraved picture of our pet mini-dachshund. Sadly, we had to euthanize him last year. It was a beautiful memorial plaque that we placed on Bandit's grave. Earlier in June of this year, our last remaining pet, a Calico cat we nicknamed Li'l Eeeee passed away and we didn't want her to be buried in obscurity. I ordered one of the washed stones engraved with her real name, Ezmerelda engraved into the stone. It too was a beautiful memorial that we placed it at the head of her grave next to Bandit. With no more pets in our lives, I don't think I'll need the services of My Furever Memories again, but I highly recommend them if you ever have a need of their services.
