The memorial stone turned out beautiful. We were very happy with the quality and placement of words. The only issue was the shipping, which was out of the hands of your company because you shipped out promptly. It took 3 weeks to receive and it came in horrible condition. Luckily this didn’t affect the stone. Thanks again for a beautiful product to make a difficult time special.

This stone is the second pet memorial for one of our pets that had unfortunately passed away. The first one was a memorial slate with an engraved picture of our pet mini-dachshund. Sadly, we had to euthanize him last year. It was a beautiful memorial plaque that we placed on Bandit's grave. Earlier in June of this year, our last remaining pet, a Calico cat we nicknamed Li'l Eeeee passed away and we didn't want her to be buried in obscurity. I ordered one of the washed stones engraved with her real name, Ezmerelda engraved into the stone. It too was a beautiful memorial that we placed it at the head of her grave next to Bandit. With no more pets in our lives, I don't think I'll need the services of My Furever Memories again, but I highly recommend them if you ever have a need of their services.

The stones turned out great and blended in very well with existing stones I had. The shipping was slow and only seemed to get going when I reached out for an update after 2 weeks from placing my order. Delivery took another 2 weeks. I'd have given 5 stars for improved communication and shipping.

The marker is beautiful. Customer service, well not so much. I paid extra to have it moved to the front of the production line, it took more than two weeks for production to start. I had sent two emails to them asking about the order, never heard a word, still haven't received a response to the emails. So don't expect much if you have an issue or need help with an order. But their work is of high quality, I'd order again from them, wouldn't waste money on expediting the process though.

Which pets and clipart can I choose?
The personalizer has Dog, Cat, Horse, Exotic, and Symbols / Paws categories, plus a text-only option. Browse the available artwork and select a design to preview it. Exotic choices include turtles and other unique companions. Contact our family before ordering if you need an animal or symbol that is not shown.
Is the design printed on the surface?
No. The personalized design is physically carved into the paver using controlled abrasive pressure.
Can I request my own words or a special symbol?
Yes. Enter a short tribute in the optional message fields. For a longer poem, custom animal artwork, or a special arrangement, contact our family before ordering. We provide a digital proof for requested design changes.
Where can the paver be placed?
It can be used in a garden, near a walkway, at a resting place, or within a landscaped memorial area. Prepare a stable, level surface before placement.
How long does production take?
Standard processing is approximately 2–3 weeks. A $25 rush-production service moves the order to the front of our queue and is approximately 3–5 business days. Shipping time is additional.
