My little sister's Best Friend, Max, passed suddenly. He had just turned 6. He was her constant companion every day. There was not a night they did not take walks around the lake and listen to music from her Apple Watch and look at the Sunsets. They sat out together in the evenings on their Rooftop Cafe -- their little patio that she made for them that had little lights and his favorite bed and her beautiful Patio furniture and lamps. Max was her light. Losing him caused a great deal of pain to the family. I found this beautiful site and I had a picture frame made for each one of them with a picture of them with Max ... the ones that really highlighted their individual relationships with Max. I didn't hear from them but I knew that it would take them a bit. When I did, I received the loveliest pictures of the gifts that they received. Their messages of how beautiful these were and what they felt? The touched me deeply. I will say this: DON'T let this site go by and DO send that special picture to whomever of your fur babies. They do the most beautiful and amazing work I've seen in a very very very long time. I know. I'm really picky about these things. They have won my undying support and love. Thank you for helping make a really painful experience special for my family.

A clear, well-lit image with your pet in focus works best. If you are unsure, send what you have and our family will help you choose.
Will I receive a proof?
When you request custom wording or design changes, we send a digital proof before production and allow revisions. Add “Please provide proof” to your notes if you would like an additional proof.
Will every slate look exactly the same?
No. Slate is a natural stone with hand-chiseled edges, so shape, texture, and edge details vary slightly. Those variations are part of what makes each memorial unique.
How long does production take?
Standard production takes approximately 2–3 weeks. Choose rush production in your cart for $25 USD on merchandise below $150, or $35 USD on merchandise of $150 or more, after cart discounts and excluding tax, shipping and the rush fee to move your entire order to the front of our production queue, with approximately 3–5 business days for production. Production starts after we receive your personalization details and any required proof approval. Shipping time is additional; choosing faster shipping does not speed up production.
