How to personalize
Choose your preferred memorial saying and upload one clear, high-resolution photo of your pet. Provide your pet’s name and memorial years exactly as you would like them engraved.
The photo will be converted into a single-color laser engraving; simple, well-lit images with a clear view of the face work best. Please check spelling and dates carefully before submitting.

Questions before you order
Can I change the wording on a design?
The sentiment shown comes with the selected design. If you would like different wording, leave a request in the order notes for our review before production. We can provide a proof for approved changes.
Do I need to upload a photo?
Yes. Upload a clear, well-lit photo for the engraved portrait. Your photo is converted into monochrome engraving on the slate.
Will I receive a proof?
A proof is available for requested changes. Add “Please provide proof” to your order notes if you would like an additional proof before engraving.
Will every slate look exactly the same?
No. Natural slate varies in texture, rustic edges, and engraving tone. Product pictures are illustrative mockups.
How long does production take?
Standard processing is approximately 2–3 weeks. Rush production is approximately 3–5 business days and moves the order to the front of our production queue. Shipping time is additional.
